i am getting the error mes Could not finish certification from performance task, can someone help me with the solution.

There can be several reasons why the performance maintenance task failed, leading to the certification not being completed:

  1. The identity or certification might be locked.
  2. The IDX could be corrupted, such as in the group entitlement table.

Observations on the issue:

  1. I can see one user access is revoked by manager, but it didn’t remove.
  2. it is trying to remove the role in every performance task.
  3. the item is moved to end phase directly from active phase

Are there any rules configured in certification, or are there any rules configured in the application, such as provision/deprovision rules? And also can you see the logs when you’re trying to revoke access? If so, please share the logs here are any kind or errors would be helpful to understand the problem
