Hi all, We recently upgraded to 8.3p3 and since facing issue with Target certifications, it is always stuck at pending state no matter what I am configuring. I have seen one reply for a similar post to check for “workflow services” but am not sure how to do that. Can some one help on this.

wo things, is the Perform Maintenance running with certification options checked?The Certifications you’re generating is it marked to generate now? or Schedule?:

Hi Ivan,

Yes, I ran Perform Maintenance by enabling all the certification options multiple times but am still facing this issues. Certification is being generated with no access reviews in it even though the criteria I selected to generate certification has data.

I am marking it run now, am doing this in our lower environment.

Can you check in the task result if there is any failed task/stuck task with the name of your certificate?
