Hello! I’ve been working with our HQ IT team to get access to the IHS UPN Lookup Tool found within SailPoint, and nothing is working. What has to happen or what needs to be provisioned in order for me to use this tool? I need it for daily job tasks; it would make my tasks much simpler than using the guess, trial, and error method.
