Sailpoint IDN search queries

I am not able to create search queries for below three modules. Please assist

User Access Management:
List of users and access :

1. Access to an Source
2. Access to a source and having a specific Role/Group/Entitlement
3. Access to a Source with disabled account
4. Access to the List of Roles/Groups/Entitlements

Access Request Management:
List of users and access :

1. User who has raised and ARS on a source/ for and ent or role etc…
2. ARS status - Approved/Failed

Provisioning :
List of users :

1. What access got provisioned to user automatically on a date/between dates/in a month
2. What Roles/Ent got provisioned and Why ?
3. In case of failure the reason and error etc…
