"User does not have access.","status":"401"

Hello Team,
I have created a workflow in SailPoint that will be called from ServiceNow. But the request are not coming from ServiceNow and getting this error :

Can anyone help me why this error?

the user that use for launch the WF have the permisions?

Hello @enistri_devo Yes, the thing is same user is able to call the workflow in Dev but when it comes to Prod its throwing error.

ok, is a good news. Now you must to find the diffeference between the user configuration in dev and pro.

Maybe you a have a difference in a role or in a capability

Hello @enistri_devo Found the issue the EndPOint used was wrong. The correction of EndPoint worked.
