Unable to Add access using Manage access Action in Workflow

Hi Guys ,

I am trying to provision a Role to a user in Sailpoint .

At the get access Action button I am getting this response

but when I am trying to assign the same role to user . it is throwing this error.

Here is the configuration for Manage access

and this is happening for every Role id

Can you share the configuration of your Get Access call?

Is your roles are requestable ?

Thanks @Alex , it is working now , Actually the role was not enabled

The role was requestable but not enabled , it is working now
