Is email notification sent when we complete certification campaign manually. From Document it says Certification email, reminder and reassignment email are sent. Are the email sent when cerification is sign off or manually completed after deadlines?

I doubt we currently have anything as of now but you can do it using Workflow. Let me know if you need any help on the same.

No emails will be sent upon completion of a certification or campaign out of the box. You can accomplish this with a Workflow the campaign ended trigger or the certification sign-off (depending on which level you want to do this): Triggers - SailPoint Identity Services
