For Access decisions such as reject or approve, the only two selections available are approve or reject. Has there been talk of an enhancement that would provide a reason for the decision? For instance, say I reject a user’s access - currently we have no way of knowing why the user was rejected. Was it an SOD? Was it a transfer with no SOD…etc. This would definitely add more value to the decision and audit trail.
