Failed to Enable AD for User

Hi Folks,

Getting below error while enabling the user in ISC under Active Directory.

@msingh39 please check if the user is in the right container in SailPoint. If not run and single aggregation to first get the user updated details and then try to enable it.

If you still face the same problem enable the debug log level for iq service and verify the logs and let us know

@pr226b , @Abhinov7 could you please confirm if you were able to solve this issue?

Apart from this , I would suggest to aggregate the use , remove any rule attached to the source and then again retry. If you see success then it might be a rule issue.
If it is not related to rule then open a support ticket for it.
