I am getting below error after i have installed and configured the IQService in our sandbox environment.
Client Authentication
No such user registered with IQService.
Resolution: Perform the following based on the following respective scenarios:
- If the IQService User is not registered, then ensure that you have registered IQService User on IQService computer using the following command: IQService -a username
- If the IQService User is registered, then ensure that the user has provided correct IQService User or Password and the Username registered in IQService and Application UI are in the same format.
Yes, all scenarios are present there.
Double check your case sensitivity - it must be exactly the same on IQService and your source config. I would recommend making everything lowercase. Also, try using @domain format instead of domain\ format and see if that helps
I checked it thrice and all good with it.
Do you mind sharing the config, as what user you have configured in IQService and in source? It might help to have another set of eyes on the setup if you are still having issue.
Thanks, and from this, it’s clear that you are using different name in source configuration.
In source, you are using sv-sailpoint-sbx, try using the same while registering user with IQService and then do test connection.
Hi,
I did that same earlier but it dont had required permission as it is a service account.
Logeed in with same user and followed the required steps and it worked.
