Getting the below client authentication error with iqservice configuration.
Exception occurred while executing the RPCRequest: Errors returned from IQService. Client authentication failed with error - The user name or password is incorrect

I have already registered the iqservice user. I’m using the same username for iqservice and Forest/domain configuration.

Hi @Harikrishna_06

Try changing the password of the admin user that you have registered. Use the new password in the app configuration and try.

Let me know if it works or not.

Thanks

once done, restart the iq service.
