Ahh, i get your point. I do not think it is possible to alter the reminders duration. I found similar question at below link as well and there is already an idea to have this functionality.
Thanks @colin_mckibben ! Here is a link to the Idea - please upvote/comment to give it more visibility. This is a huge problem that needs to be addressed. We are just wrapping up our second run of campaigns in IDN and not only did it take us longer than when we used RSA’s product to get the reviews wrapped up, it caused the team to spend much more time and energy chasing people down to complete them, especially since once the due date has passed it stops sending emails completely.
