Email Notification Testing

Hi Team,

How to validate customized email notification sent from ISC. I have customization on CERTIFICATION REMINDERS

Their is an option that you can send all emails to a single person for testing.

To find this setting it is under Admin/Global/Email Templates/Settings.

ISC provides the possibility to send all the email notifications to default recipients from email template. So you may set your email as the default recipient and then trigger the campaign in the lower environment.
This will mean that all the notifications will be sent to your email for all templates.
To Enable this, you can go to email template page and then click on settings button and then configure your email as below;

I already have this setting in my system. The challenge I see here is I need to wait for 7 days to get the OOTB certification reminder from the system.

You can use the test button on any of the templates to make sure that the formatting is correct. If I recall correctly this will not replace any variable values you have though.

Ahh, i get your point. I do not think it is possible to alter the reminders duration. I found similar question at below link as well and there is already an idea to have this functionality.
