ISC provides the possibility to send all the email notifications to default recipients from email template. So you may set your email as the default recipient and then trigger the campaign in the lower environment.
This will mean that all the notifications will be sent to your email for all templates.
To Enable this, you can go to email template page and then click on settings button and then configure your email as below;
