Is it possible to set up campaign reminders for 7, 14, and 21 days, where each reminder has a different email message?

Hello!

Yes this is possible but not with built-in campaign settings alone. What you would have to do is configure a workflow that:

  1. Uses wait/delay steps (e.g., wait 7 days, send email with custom template; wait another 7 days, send second; then another wait & third).

  2. Each email action can use different templates or custom text.
