Does SaaS application integration with SailPoint IdentityNow would require VA Setup??
If not required, How to integrate the Saas based applications with Identitynow??
Do we have any connector to integrate Saas Based applications without VA?
If we are not having any connector then how to integrate those SaaS applications?

you do not need VA setup for integrated SaaS applications.
In the connectors documentation here Identity Security Cloud Connectors (sailpoint.com) you can can found SaaS connector in the connector list :
For integrate SaaS coonector, you must setup /create a source by selecting SaaS connector type that you want to use.
If the connector does not exist you can create your own custom connector : Implementing IdentityNow Custom Connectors (sailpoint.com) and also there a developper day presentation about that : SaaS Connectivity: connector customizers - Content / Video Library - SailPoint Developer Community
Not also that Sailpoint integrated continually the SaaS version of existing connectors.

Custom connector can be used for SaaS based or non SaaS based applications.
The Only difference beetween SaaS or no SaaS application is that with SaaS application connection and communication are made drectly and securely beetween ISC/IDN and SaaS application wihthout using VA.
Does Duco, JumpCloud and ZenDesk SaaS application having any connectors?

You can integrate all applications that supported API REST/Webservice or SCIM with generic connectors.
