Difference Between interface : "Attribute Sync" and "Attribute Synchronization Refresh"

while searching events i see two interface are being used, please help me understand in which all scenario these interfaces triggers separately for each

Attribute synchronization in IDN has gone through some improvements in the recent year or so. And these changes came through. You’ll now have a couple of scenarios when attribute synchronization occurs.

  1. During the daily scheduled execution of identity processing at 8 AM tenant time.
  2. Based on an automated trigger such as authoritative aggregation updating an identity attribute, a source aggregation discovering a change to the account attribute, or the source account is correlated to a new identity.

My understanding is that Attribute Synchronization Refresh should be the scheduled task - and attribute sync will be the trigger-based approach. All the events you see for Attribute Synchronization Refresh should be around that 8 AM refresh - and the Attribute Sync ones will be at all various times.
