We are currently leveraging an OOTB API source connector in SailPoint (connected). The connector supports direct deprovisioning of access when a Reviewer selects the ‘revoke’ decision per an access certification.
On top of the direct deprovisioning on the app, we’d like to create a ServiceNow ticket as reference to capture this action.
We have an existing ServiceNow Service Desk integration. To my understanding, when we add a source to this integration, tickets will be generated in SNOW for manual deprovisioning and NOT directly on the source - this is an OR situation.
We’d like for the deprovisioning to occur directly on the app AND create a reference SNOW ticket. Has anyone experienced a similar scenario or solutioned this?
