Hi Team,

I’m trying to use event trigger Account request submitted for a workflow as a trigger. Kindly let me know if there any use cases or document which helps understand the configuration of Account request submitted event trigger in workflow.

There are the available triggers that can be used in workflows.

Hello Kapil,

In my use case, the required trigger is not available in the list of triggers. Let me explain the scenario:

When a user submits a request, the workflow should be triggered. It should then check the user’s department, and if the requester belongs to the Accounting department, the request should automatically fail. The requester should receive a message from ISC stating:
“The Accounting Team is not allowed to raise requests.”
