Why Response Required triggers are not capable to trigger workflow?

Hello,

can someone explain me in few words why I can not create workflow that is triggered by for example “Access Request Submitted” trigger? Is there any workaround so I can launch workflow in IdentityNow after request is submitted before decision?

Hi Jacub,

It is possible to trigger workflows via an event trigger, one example of this would be a dynamic approver event trigger like here
