Conditions for Service Desk ticket creation - Access request and Full account termination

Hi Team,

We have configured service desk integration module to trigger ServiceNow tickets from SailPoint, Whenever an access request is made.

But It is triggering a ticket for account termination as well. We wanted to restrict full account termination in access request configuration.

Is that possible to restrict in service desk config ?.

Also, Is it possible to create separate service desk integrations, one for only access request and other for only full account termination?


Once you configure the Service Desk integration it gets triggered for all manual provisioning or deprovisioning tasks. If you don’t want that instead of using the Integration you would create custom workflows for each flow you need configured. You can create tickets from workflow based on your trigger.
