Service Desk Ticket Creation upon Full Account Termination of an Identity

Hi Team,

We have integrated ServiceNow with SailPoint to trigger tickets for provisioning to disconnected applications. Now the requirement is to create a ticket only when full account terminations are received from authoritative source to disable the disconnected applications.

Note: In this Service Desk configuration, we don’t want to create tickets when access requests are raised.
