Hi, I am using Jira service desk integration with SailPoint IdentityNow to trigger service requests creation for a group of disconnected apps.
While testing, I have created an access request, requesting 3 Access profiles for a user who does not have an account on the disconnected app.
I have noticed that only 1 Jira ticket is being created requesting account creation as well as requesting provisioning for 1 of the access profiles, the other 2 Access profiles are skipped.
I need to know first: is this a normal behaviour ? Second: if yes, how to configure the integration to open another jira tickets for the remaining access profiles ?
@oibrahim I am not entirely sure if the behavior for Jira is the same, but for ServiceNow integration, when you provision your first ticket and close it, the other two show up as well. I think this is because the first operation is create, and subsequent ones are just add operations on the newly created account.
Please try it and let me know.
