Hi Sailors,
I have a request from a customer who wants access review actions to be handled by the identity’s direct manager. If the direct manager does not take any action within a specified number of days, the certification item should automatically be reassigned to the second-level manager.
Would like to know if this can be achieved using a certification rule in SailPoint.
