Emails for Certification reminders and Escalations are send just after midnight (00:01, 00:02).

Does anyone knows if it is possible to change this to Ā± 09:00AM ?

I have the feeling the reminder/escalation timestamp is based on date only.

Check Expired workitems task is responsible for sending Reminders, Escalations and Expire Workitems.

In one of my IIQ projects, we used to receive notifications in the afternoon as we scheduled the same task at that time to run.
