We were staging campaign and we could see that it is stuck in pending state. Inside Campaign all review items are marked as stage. But it is still showing the campaign in Pending.
@malarvanan12 Could you please task result if there is any task with name of your certification failed? or check recently failed task, which is related to Certs?
no issues, i did run perform maintenance as well
@malarvanan12 Perform Maintenance is not needed here. What is the average schedule time you observed? Have you tried cancelling the current campaing and scheduling a new one?
When you created the certification, did you check the checbox , enable staging period. If yes, that is reason you see them in staging. Open the certification and just activate it.
Else delete the certification from debug, delete the object or your campaign from certification, and certification group . Create new and don’t click on the flag, enable staging period,

Did you delete any certification related objects from debug page or iiq console? If so, delete all the related certification objects as well.
Incomplete deletion of related certification objects(CertificationDefinition,CertificationGroup…) might be one of the reason for this issue.
as Naveen suggested please check if the certification is still in the staging period and activate it or share ss here
