we have a requirement of certification for a role when we are trying to generate the certification, Certification is showing is pending for quite some time more than 2 days.
I believe certification campaign runs on task servers but when I generate the certification for users it is working fine.
Where can i verify logs?

when I tried to only RoleName “xyz”, it worked as expected.
When I tried role name and include identityIQ capabilities then I am facing this issue.

What type of certification you are trying? Did you check the logs

Any logs you can see? I tried scheduling target certification for a user, to certify roles and capabilities, it worked fine. Share me if you have any logs

Can you enable below loggers in your server.

is it lower environment and there is chance that you have issue with process of the task. So you can go to adminstrator console and terminate some task there. As you have mentioned it is pending when you are running for complete user there it is chance that performance is slow of your environment and taking time.
you can check the taskresult for certification enable the logs and see the outcome.
Thanks all for your inputs. Noticed the error messages in task result page related to the certification in exclusion rule.
After fixing the exclusion rule issue got resolved.
