Targeted Certification shows Nothing to certify

In Targeted Certification, I see Nothing to Certify and status complete

My application has an entitlement and there are members in the entitlement
So how is it not finding anything to certify

@maniG please run refresh with one option “Refresh Assigned, Detected Role and promote additional entitlements” before running the cert.

In User xml entitlement should be under “Entitlements Group”. if that was empty then cert will show nothing to certify
