We set up targeted review certification campaigns, and they were working well before. However, email notifications are no longer being sent to reviewers.
We have already run the Check Expired Work Items and Perform Maintenance - Certifications tasks, and added reminders and escalations. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please let us know how to resolve it. Thanks in advance.
Is this happening for all SailPoint related notifications or only for certification related notifications? please check the email settings in Global Settings.
Thank you for your response. Yes, this issue is only occurring with certification notifications; all other notifications are working as expected. We also checked for email failures and queued emails, but there’s nothing related to certification emails.
Can you see if while creating certification the notification template was selected?? Can you ope your certification and see in start step, if you have selected the notification template and similar with other stages as well.
If it is there, try creating a new certificate and tail the loggers and see if it is getting triggered.
@bhoyars_1 are you using time machine to change the dates? I vaguely remember that you need to execute the task on the same server where you are logged in and using time machine. Can you please try adding the hostname and run the Check Expired Work Items task?
