I have created a manager certification and have configured reminders. For testing purpose, I have configured the active period as 1 day and reminder to be sent 1 day before before expiry. But no reminders are getting triggered. Have ran check expired work items but no certifcations are getting scanned. Can anyone help?
A couple of things to check for, first being that emails are working properly in your system. You can also leverage the “Time Machine” feature to artificially advance the time so simulate adding days. So if you want to use Time Machine, I would just configure your certification reminder to email every day after the start. Then advance the day with Time Machine and run the “Check Expired" Work Items” task.
