Certification Reminders not being sent

Certification remainder not sent out for different campaign.
Frist campaign Activity and sent remainder to the certifiers after second one activate
first active campaign remainders not generating for end certifiers it only sending second active certification

Could you please explain in detail?

It is possible that you might have enabled suppress initial notification

Verify if have enabled Notify Before Certification expires and added the reminder

As @BalajiChandrasekaran mentioned please do the verification and then test the reminders by using time machine
