Good afternoon. We’re testing out adding reminders to our RapidSetup Mover certifications and are trying to trigger the reminder emails. We implemented a closing notification and tested this by changing the automaticClosingDate, but are having a bit of a difficult time trying to trigger the reminders during the active period. We’ve tried changing the endDate and startDate to no avail. We currently have three reminders (in the screenshot) - 14 days before expiration, 7 days before expiration, and 1 day before expiration.
We’ve also tried to utilize time machine, but have never been able to get that to work reliably as is, so that was a dead end for us.
Any advice?

What steps are you taking to trigger the reminder emails. You should be able to use the time machine and run the Check Expired Work Items task to trigger reminder emails. If you have multiple task and UI servers in your environment you will have to change the time machine on all servers before running the Check Expired Work Items task to trigger reminder emails.

That was actually exactly what we were missing - using TimeMachine on all servers.
