Hi everyone,
During approval , approvers can only approve requested entitlements one by one. (There are multiple “Approve All” button as seen on the screenshot)
We are looking for a way to simplify this process for cases where multiple pending requests need to be approved together.
Is there any out-of-the-box functionality, customization option, or recommended approach to add a button like a master “Approve All” button, that would approve all pending entitlement requests at once for the manager?
No there is no OOTB features available, The easiest way to achieve it using a Plugin. You can create a plugin and give the option to bulk approve and bulk reject.

There is an another option: Example for bulk approval , You can send only first item for approval and consider as approval for all items and make it all items as an auto approved in workflow but make sure clear description for approver
@lweisz There is no OOTB options available because they are part of different workitems. For the same workitems you already have approve all option available.
