Hi all, we are facing an odd issue regarding batch requests in IdentityIQ, whenever we try to submit a new batch request, the page simply reloads resetting the form. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how did you solve it?
Hello @GiuseppeA, What type of batch request is it? For example, is it for create, update, or delete operations? Could you please share more details about it?
Any request, I’ve tried identity create, modify and role add/remove. I’m afraid it has something to do with the UI, because the workflow does not start. At the same time, I’m not getting any error
If you are using the OOTB features and following the documentation to create a batch request, there should be no issues. However, if you are using a custom workflow, please provide the relevant details, such as the batch request data and the workflow being used, so that we can assist you effectively.
An update for the topic: we discovered the issue, it had to do with tomcat permissions to the folder /appl/tomcat/work/Catalina. Once we gave tomcat the permission to access that folder we were able to upload files and start batch requests.
