Due to certain reasons, provisioning assignments are not being checked during the refresh task. As a result, while the business role is being assigned to users who meet the role conditions, the IT role needs to be assigned manually via a batch request.
So I am trying to add the IT role to the user, which includes a single Active Directory application group as part of the role.
Could you please help me understand the possible reasons why the batch request might be stuck in a running state?
I am noticing this only in prd environment but not in lower environment

Hi @chravikiran ,

Did you select the option to generate an Identity request while creating the batch request? If so, kindly review the identity request for further details and additional information.

Running meaning requested item is still processing. This could indicate an approval or manual work item completion is needed.

@chravikiran

Possible scenarios,

  1. Workflow might have went to background state, if you have wait on any steps. Run perform maintenance task.
  2. Identity might have been locked. Check that too

Thanks for the reply Arun, but the generate identity request is not selected

Hi @chravikiran ,

Select the “Generate Identity Request” option when creating the batch request, and then verify it.
