Hello everyone,
we are facing ad odd issue. When we try to upload a file from the Batch Request or the Import From File the page refreshes itself when we press “Submit”.
So the file vanishes leaving. Also, the same thing happens if we press “Cancel”, the page refreshes.
Due to this we can’t upload files via Batch Request.
Any ideas?

do you have somethings errors in logs?
also, review your file maybe you have something wrong in it, especially if you have converted from excel. Otherwise, check if all tha values contais in the file, respect the size of columns of DB.
@vigoni_matteo_james agree on above ask, pls check in sys log. if you can post here some logs or SailPoint logs. will help more.

No logs unfortunately, we tried to see our custom logs, catalina logs and syslog but when we press it no new logs show up.
We thought it was the file but usually it runs it anyway and prompts that is invalid, also the same file in our Dev environment works.
It’s a simple test file, a modifyIdentity with an identityName and an email with only one record.
@vigoni_matteo_james if possible then pls send sample of csv so we can check.
