Why am I getting this error?

I am getting this error while opening my Application which I have already created by iiq console. I have made a java file than xml file, this xml file I imported on iiq.

Showing “The system has encountered a serious error while processing your request. Report the following incident code to your system administrator: 1563”.

It looks like the file imported had some issues. Can you check the syslog and see what is the error. Once you have checked that, try to reimport the app and see if it fixes the issue.

It looks like you are missing some XML-elements in the file you imported.
So yes, look at the syslog or logfile for more information

Can you also share the application from the debug pages:

• goto http://localhost:8080/identityiq/debug
• Select Object Type: Application
• Click on the application
• Copy the content to your clipboard
• On this forum paste the content between ``` (indicating it is code in you post)

With the experts here we should be able to find the issue

please share the application xml from debug page as @Remold mentioned, in that way we can check what is the issue and let you know.
