I have onboarded the AD application i tried to aggregating (both group and account), after tried to provision it has created a manual workitem(form type), i deleted it accidentally - when i am tried to opening the application of AD from the application tab in UI it was showing that error. the error was given below

Hi @Kira123 ,

Take a backup of application xml and remove the ProvisioningForms entry from the application XML in debug. Then, try to open the application from the UI. If it works, you can add the ProvisioningForms entry back to the application XML.
