Getting 405 method not allowed error while uploading file from plugin page
Can you post the logs here? It might helpful to know why it is giving 405. There are two ways:

Go to the Advance Analytics page and fetch the logs from the Syslogs.

Open the developer console by pressing F12 on your keyboard while on the plugin page. Then, upload the plugin. You should see any errors in the console or network tab.
Once you have the logs, please post them here and will try to assist you further.
