Azure has been removed from some user accounts

Hi Team,

Currently we are facing an issue where Azure AD account is not visible in user’s profile. we have checked those account in Azure portal and they are visible and active. it’s not a correlation issue we have checked and those account don’t exist in sailpoint IIQ. Kindly please provide your inputs what can we do in such cases and how we can resolve these issue.

Can you share your task definition configuration ? also have you checked the entries in the “Actions to include in the task result”, i would say also look at the task result ?

I am attaching the screenshot of task definition and task result. In task result i do see 776 accounts ignored and 54 deleted. is it related with something with the issue we are facing.

Based on the Task Definition screenshot, it looks like it can be a correlation issue.
'Only Create links if they can be correlated an existing identity'
This option only create links if it can be correlated. Hence, I assume it is ignoring a lot of accounts. Look at the correlation logic and verify whether correlation can be established for all identities.
