Sailpoint stops creating user accounts

Hi All,

I’m getting my feet wet. still learning the platform. We’re have this issue with Sail point and it has stopped creating user accounts.
All the connection sources are healthy and connected. Both VA’s are online, connected and healthy.
I’ve ran the manual aggregation and I am presented with Account deletion was skipped from our data source because the threshold of 1229 was exceeded.

Steps that I’ve taken.

1.Restarted IQServices on the server.
2.Increased the account delete threshold to various percentages between 20 and 30.
3.Tested all the sources connection no issues so far.

Please let me know, what other steps can I can take?

Hey @sane1819, What you mean by stopped creating accounts?

Accoun Aggregation does not have any impact into provisioning directly. And it appears that some accounts were deleted from the source and IIQ/IDN is not updating it due to the threshold.

Can you elaborate a little more?

You’ve created post in IIQ Category but mention VA which exists only in ISC. Could you please confirm which platform is an issue?

Hi Ivan,

Thank you for your response. With More digging I’ve managed to find out the issue. The database table where it was pulling the users from was moved hence it was empty. I’m now engaged with our DBA team.
