Single Account Aggregation For Azure

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

8.3p2
Hi All, I’m trying to aggregate single account from Azure to SailPoint through Single Account Aggregation Task, But I’m getting the below error. Please help on this.

Hi and Hello,

The error message you encountered indicates that there was an issue while trying to aggregate a single account from Azure to SailPoint.

  1. GeneralException: This points to a general issue occurring in the application script.
  2. ConnectorException: There was an error during the processReadRequest phase, indicating that the connector had trouble fetching data from the Azure server.
  3. “Exception occurred while trying to receive data from Server. Number of retries exceeded.”: This suggests that the system attempted multiple retries to fetch data from the Azure server but eventually timed out or was unable to connect.
  4. “Applications without a signed-in user are not allowed access to this report or data.”: This might indicate that the aggregation task is attempting to proceed without the necessary authentication (or user token).

Regards,
Adam

Hi Adam,

We don’t have identities with Azure account present in SailPoint, AD has sync with azure so we are trying to give UPN of the user to aggregate the account from Azure to SailPoint. We ran the task once, it took some time and gave this error.

I have removed risky attributes and ran the aggregation, its getting success. but the account is not getting aggregated into SailPoint. I checked logs and I’m getting below logs…
