Authentication Failed on ISC

Hi everyone,

I created an authoritative flat file source in a new tenant and when I send an invite via ISC to an identity and I register him, and I register the access password, but when I log in to ISC with that user, it generates the following error:

Authentication failed.

There is no Remote Identity Provider configured.

Has anyone seen anything similar or know how to solve it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @karim_chelli !

In the identity profile, what are authentication settings? Have you tried resetting the identity?

have you configured sso?

Hi Mohamed,

Please go to Admin → Global → Security Settings → Service Provider → Uncheck the box for Enable Remote Identity Provider.

Once this is done please try to login. It you are still facing issue reset the password and try login again.

Thanks

Yes, I reset the identity, but it doesn’t work. I found that the problem came from the transform that generates the username. Thanks for your help.
