I am currently trying to configure the Atlassian Suite SaaS connector and I am able to connect to the product successfully but all aggregations return zero accounts though their are thousands of accounts present when looking at the UI for Jira and confluence. Any suggestions on how I can get the connector to read the accounts present on the system?
Hi James,
You need to check the config details you added. Site URL and Site admin details, that might be the issue here.
In my case, when I use SaaS connector, I am getting a bit more accounts, where as Non-SaaS version is pulling correct number of users.

I’ve never used the SaaS version but colleagues told me they have some issues with it bring less accounts than the Va one.
