Filter for Atlassian Connector

Hi

I want to connect with JIRA cloud for user LCM. I can see two connectors a direct and a SaaS connector. What’s the difference between a direct connector and SaaS connector for Atlassian products?

Also, I have a condition where I want to aggregate only those users which have an attribute “userStatusType” set with the value “testUser”.

How to do that?
Will the filter support a condition like this: userStatusType==“testUser”?

SaaS connectors can be used to upload data to Identity Security Cloud from the Source without a virtual appliance cluster.

ISC sources does have an ability to filter accounts on its side, as part of the aggregation process.

Thanks

Hi @arshdeep_thapar,

Direct Connector: Direct sources provide an interface for reading user account data and provisioning changes from Identity Security Cloud to target systems and applications.

SaaS Connector: SaaS connectors can be used to upload data to Identity Security Cloud from the Source without a virtual appliance cluster.

Use below connector
Integrating SailPoint with Atlassian Suite Cloud

In this connector having aggregation filter, after creating source with this connector, edit connector setting and go to aggregation settings find Filter Conditions for Accounts. there you can enter your filter value. find below link get more details.
Aggregation Settings (sailpoint.com)

Thank You.
