API for application

Hi all,
is there any API available to add access profiles into an application?
i donot see any in v2024,v3 and beta.
if not existing ,when it will be made available.

There is a post available in community : API create and update application

However, it utilizes cc APIs, and I’m uncertain if it remains functional.
