Unable to add access profile to application. Getting error “(SLPT-1211) Your updates cannot be saved while a related task is running. Please try again later.”
Saw that you can run an api to check the pending task, but it seems they dont use that api call anymore. Does anybody know the v3 version of this api call?

I believe you created the application and trying to add Access Profiles to it.
It will take almost a day to process the application creation, post that you can add the Access Profile, that is what I have experienced.
