Account Name coming Blank during "Oracle EPM Cloud - AR" connector Aggregation

Hi Folks,

I am seeing issue where when account get created using “Oracle EPM Cloud - AR” connector, the “Account Name” field is coming BLANK.

It was working fine but suddenly it starts creating user with BLANK Account Name in IDN, but user exist in the application.

Questions:

  • Any known issue on this connector?
  • How I can manual update the Account Name for this user in IDN?
  • What could be the possible solution to this?

You cant and no point of doing it, in next aggregation the values will wipe out.

Check your account schema if any change, check the attribute you selected as Account Name in schema, check with application team if that attribute has some value or not ?
