When running an identity refresh the following error is seen in the administrative console under the provisioning tab.

Errors: sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Property ‘http://javax.xml.XMLConstants/property/accessExternalDTD’ is not recognized.

Hoping to get some help in resolving this issue.

For which application provisioning you are seeing this error and also is this happening only for provisioning or aggregation as well for the app

This is for an application called cority. We’re connecting to it using the webservice connector.

The error shows up during an identity refresh. I don’t see the error during a create action.

That link doesn’t really show any information.

Looks like this is a known issue with the version 8.2

Below is the comment from the link provided

Support attached (ETN) CONETN-3772 to my ticket which is showing as closed, so I have we have no assistance in moving forward with resolving this issue on 8.2p2. Guess we will investigate applying 8.3 to resolve.

I would suggest work with Sailpoint support team for this if this is a know error and lets wait if anyone else here as any other thoughts or comments.
