Hello Experts,

Am getting the below error in 8.3p2 workday version during aggregation, please advise.

[ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] Exception : Not supported: http://javax.xml.XMLConstants/property/accessExternalDTD

Without more information (like trace logs on the connector or a stack trace), it’s hard to guess what your issue might be. I’d start by verifying all of your configuration and Workday service account permissions are correct, as documented here: Integrating SailPoint with Workday

  1. Has it ever worked before? Have there been any recent changes to the environment? As Brian mentioned that without a trace, it’s difficult to determine the cause of the issue.

thank you Brian and Sunny, this is the first time setting up , connecting directly to the cloud via proxy, will see the trace can give more info or not.

If you’re connecting through a proxy that does deep packet inspection/TLS interception, make sure you have the proxy certs and root CA added to your IIQ cert truststore. Otherwise you will get a connection failure exception due to an invalid cert during TLS negotiation.
